WHERE DO YOU WORK?
I’m based in the UK but work with clients both remotely and on site.
I PREFER ONSITE. CAN YOU COME TO US?
Yes of course. We would always agree a project scope before commencing any work and this includes how/where you require things to be delivered. On site visits outside of the UK are subject to visa requirements so are best planned in well ahead of time.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
My policy is for standardised and transparent pricing. However, discounts can be considered for longer projects or retainer-based work.
A “Pay Per Question” service is also available in pre-paid blocks which provides great savings compared to paying individually every time.
All transactions are subject terms and conditions.
DO YOU "SELL" Simpro?
No. Whilst I am an Approved SIMPRO Partner and also fully SIMPRO Certified, I do not sell the software. I remain independent in that regard so you know there is never any commission or bonus influencing the information I give you.
I can gladly introduce you to colleagues at SIMPRO but your purchase of software licenses would be with directly with them.

Of course. With Simpro being a large, multi-facetted software system it’s important you understand what it does and how it works before you commit. Getting this right can pave the wave to a smooth and trouble-free implementation. Get in touch to discuss you needs after which we can look at the options available to you. Please note that all pricing information regarding software licenses will be handled by SIMPRO.
HOW LONG DO THINGS TAKE?
If you’re referring to a SIMRPO system implementation, this depends of the size of your business and the complexity of what you need.
Traditionally you would provide your own in-house champion to project manage things internally and configure the system as required with the guidance of a SIMPRO Implementation Consultant.
However, now with my Full Service Implementation offering (and with your permission) I can personally take charge of configuring your SIMPRO to meet your business needs. You will still need to know how to use it and then how to manage some of the features on an ongoing basis, but you can be up and running in a fraction of the time is normally takes.
And without the associated stress and hassle, especially when you are busy trying to run your business.
